Camera locking bug

Hello

I just experienced a long time bug I've been having from times to times. The bug goes like this.

FYI: I always play with unlocked camera

The loading screen goes as usual but then suddenly when I get in game i see my camera is locked. I try everything I can (Using the assigned unlock screen key, pressing the button on the mini-map, etc) that doesn't imply restarting the game (Since it's the start and my computer is pretty slow)

But whatever I try my views stays locked on my champion. When i die suddenly the vision comes back to normal and I can go from locked to unlocked again.

Anyone else experiencing this bug ? I find it REALLY annoying to not be FORCED to play in locked camera until I die
