[GAMEPLAY] Ekko Q invisible

There's....really not much to be said about this. Ekko in my game, he'll throw his Q, there are no particles whatsoever so unless he hits something with it, I have no idea where the skillshot is. It only happens when I'm not playing Ekko, though.

I don't really know what else to say.
