[GAMEPLAY/CLIENT] I Hear Ashe W Cast Sound Every 30 seconds

No matter what team she is on! Was happening in ARAM and Rift. Every about 30 seconds -ish I hear the "swoosh" of her bow shooting/casting an arrow, I believe the sound of the W, but not 100% sure. It's definitely a bow + arrow swoosh sound. It only happens when Ashe is on either team, one time she was on my team in ARAM and the other time she was on enemy team on Rift. I was watching Ashe and she wasn't actually casting anything when I hear the sound. It's just playing to it's own rhythm.

I am on Mac on Latest Patch if that helps any.

It's bizarre and very distracting, because I keep thinking/feeling I am being hit by Ashe every 30 seconds.
