[CLIENT] Match History Draggable Map Bug

Not sure if this is a bug or a poorly implemented feature, but I noticed that in the updated Match History that the map was draggable......in the limited window it has...to the extent that you can accidentally drag it outside the visible window such that you have to refresh the match history to be able to view the map again.

Have been easily able to reproduce it. Not a huge game-breaking thing, but felt it's prob worth noting
