Game Client not launching

So I logged in, hopped into an ARAM, got galio, chose runes, masteries, and summoner skills with no problem, game counted down no problem

Then the client minimized like normal but the game portion never launched, I have logged out and logged back in twice and now I can click reconnect as many times as I want and all it does is minimize the game lobby without launching the game.

I don't know how to reproduce this as I played just fine 8 hours ago.

Lobby loads normally, but the actual game won't open a window to start loading. I scrolled through my processes running on my computer and it seems like it is failing to properly launch the process that loads the game.

something like that just happened to me, I was playing as gragas and the game was fine until it got to the blink before the loading screen. I played against another gragas a couple of matches before and they were afk for a good portion of the game too
