[9.20, GAMEPLAY] Lulu Q Indicator stops working on death

The glitterlance bolt from Pix does not have an indicator after dying. Reproducing:

  • Pick lulu
  • Die
  • Try to cast Q with indicator after respawn

Yet another patch cycle I guess.

or to be precise it breaks on respawn, but nonetheless.
