Runes Are (Still) Bugged

I have now had multiple games where I pick my champ and then when I go to open my rune pages to change them, nothing pops up. You can see the outline of the box where the page should show, and you can see the X in the top right corner, but there's no way to actually change your runes. Using the default pages is painful so please fix this ASAP. I reported it on the PBE too but nobody said anything or did anything about it.
