Today i got honor level 3

But sometime i get the see the flair in the loading screen but sometime it doesnt work . I played a ranked it didnt work but the nidalee in the enemy team had a flair icon and i would see it . In aram it appeared. I dont know its like it pop off .

Requirements to show off flair? Get honored 1 time by a stranger, 2 for premades, there ya go. Lucker
