[Gameplay] Nocturne Spell Shield Bug

I am reporting a bug in regards to Nocturne's spell shield (W) and Jarvan's E + Q combo.

The spell shield does not block Jarvan's Q after Jarvan targets his Q on his E. Even though Nocturne's spell shield is up he still gets knocked up in the air and the spell shield does not consume Jarvan's Q. I understand that even if J4 uses his Q towards his flag it still counts as a regular Q in terms of spells.

How to reproduce:

Use Nocturne's spell shield (W) when J4 is doing his E + Q combo. Let the Q hit Nocturne on the way to J4's E. You will notice that the shield does not get consumed and Nocturne gets knocked up as if he never had the spell shield on. The damage is not applied, oddly enough.
