[CLIENT] Black Spear Icon missing from Item Sets

In the interface for Item Sets, there is an icon for each of the items. However, the Icon for Black Spear is either missing or transparent.

Replication is easy:

1. Login in to client.
2. Access your summoner profile
3. Click on Item sets
4. The Black Spear and it's absent icon will be on-screen.

Issue has occurred 100% of the time that I have accessed item selects across four different sessions. Screenshot of error included: https://imgur.com/VvW8vN7
