Restore Peace Mission not finished

I won a game of Blood Moon (which is pvp and matchmade on summoner's rift) in less than 30 min but didn't get the restore peace mission which asks you to win a matchmade pvp summoner's rift game in under 30 min.

I would assume it doesn't count Rotating Gamemodes, but only normal Summoner's Rift.
Which could be intended by Riot to work like that.
It probably only sees these options as Summoners Rift for mission purposes.
