This has happened to me twice, i tried reporting two people from two different normal 5v5's rift games for afk'ing throughout the whole game. Whenever i tried to report them, my client would become unresponsive to where i have to reload the client.

  • Doesn't allow me to report the player
  • Have to reload client because the client freezes after clicking the "Report" icon

I haven't seen any fixes suggested for this, but you might try repairing or forcing a repatch of your client.
