Directx Driver issue

I can't start a game at all after champ select even though I checked and saw my drivers were up to date, I recently redid my computer.

I just uninstalled and re-installed the client and made sure direct x was installed correctly. And I can't even spectate a match.

I'm having the exact same problem with Smite, I may try dota 2 as well just to see if it would work.

Have you tried turning off and back on again?

I already fixed it apparently even though I installed all the drivers they did not "take" so I re-installed EVERYTHING and then the drivers.
