Win the game and LOSE LP

I played 3 games and 2 out of the 3 games, my game froze and had to hard restart my computer. Both which happened mid game. I finish BOTH games and lose points for BOTH of them for "AFK behavior" What bullshit is this? Is this a bug or is this riots stupid ass way of punishing people that leave the game on purpose?
