[Gameplay] Luden's Echo Bug

Basically i was having some fun with AP Gangplank (lets face it, its the only way to make his ult do stuff) and i had Luden's Echo, but using his Q wouldn't trigger it. Even at 100% charged it did not get triggered once by any of his abilities. Given that this item is the AP equivalent to the Static Shiv (kinda) i don't see why it should work. Please fix this
