invisible mundo's axe

Hi, I finished some minutes ago a ranked 3v3. I was against a mundo that for all the game throwed us invisible axe! i noticed this bug also in urf mode, but i thought that was a bug of urf mode only, not also in 3v3. Can you please this big problem?! it's impossible to play against a mund that can kill you beacause you can't dodge axes!
