[NA Server] Game's are failing to end properly and not allowing players to play other games

Currently from what a good bit of my friends are saying, is that their games are failing to end properly, ending and then just continuing according to the server, not allowing them to join games, or create games.

As well my friends are saying they cannot create games, while they are not effected by the previous issue, creating a lobby just fails.
