Orianna bug

I dont usually play orianna so this may be an old glitch, but i used to main her mid, so i know the usual combos and timings of her abilities. im aware that you added 0.25 seconds to the cooldown for the ult when the ball is going out of range mid flight, but every other ability seems to also increase in cooldown. i can't seem to qw combo properly without this slight delay, and it makes the ball movement way too telegraphed and slow
