can we get an option to mute the champion of someone annoying

seriously sometimes i dont want to hear a champion spam laugh, friend or foe. and i dont want to have to turn the volume down for all the characters cause then i won't hear characters i want to hear. i dont want one laugh spammer ruining everybody else
