[VISUAL] Morgana Q Smart Cast Indicator Bug

It was a ranked game so therefore I did not take the time to record it (I may be a woman but I'm a horrid multitasker...), but in the last game I played as Morgana, the Q Smart Cast indicator was not the ---> that I expected.

It was the circle with a crosshair, like for the pool (minus the second smaller circle - it was just a large circle and a crosshair).

Unfortunately I didn't even have the mind to figure out if the circle matched the Q's length. I seem to remember it didn't - I'd use the outside of the circle (or just hold the curser over the person I was aiming for) and could still hit people outside of it (I am 99% sure on that).

So yea, most uninformative bug report I'm sure, but I will not use a ranked game to report. I'm bad enough as it is!
