Lock In Bug

I just dodged because two people purposefully banned each others champions and one locked in teemo support. (I'd rather lose 3 lp then watch that unfold) But then, I tried to lock in Kha'zix and it wouldn't let me. I was first pick and it just glitched out. sat there with 0 seconds remaining for about a minute before I had to exit out. but then I lost 10 LP. Can I at least get my LP back? I was 1 game away from gold 3 and now i have to wait for 24 more minutes...

The locking in Kha'zix bit was the second time I tried to enter a game btw ^^^
