[GAMEPLAY] Unable to traverse over a dead Karthus (3 YEARS OLD)

After a Karthus dies and their passive ends, you cannot walk onto the area Karthus was. The area is Karthus' corpse which shows as simply a scorched circle on the ground.

I have linked a video from patch 4.9 where this bug was a problem. I experienced this bug today. This bug is over 3 years old.

Reproduction:

1. Get into a game with a Karthus on the enemy team
2. Kill the Karthus
3. Let Karthus' passive run out
4. Attempt to right-click in the center of the area before Karthus respawns
5. For funsies, alt+left-click on the area to show that it can be targeted and is indeed a corpse after Karthus' passive that still interferes with gameplay
6. IMPORTANT!!! Continue testing for 5 years, as you don't want to jump to conclusions after only 3 years! After the 8th year of constant testing, you may credibly write about this bug's existence. Keep that note private!! You must NOT attempt to do any more than that until the year 2035.
