[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench's W (Devour) cannot "Target Champions Only"

While holding your macro'ed "Target Champions Only" button as anyone, your smart cast skills will not highlight minions/jungle camps (visual portion of target champs only). This visual part is consistent with smart casting Tahm's W, but the **functional ** part does not work. It acts as if you are not even holding the "Target Champions Only" button. However, Tahm's W will still be able to eat minions and he WILL eat a minion even while holding "Target Champions Only" if there's a minion in the way of the desired champion (allies and foes are affected). This is a very debilitating bug given the nature of your typical usage of W on allies while they are in a minion wave.

100% REPRODUCTION RATE STEPS:

  1. Bind "Target Champions Only" to any key.
  2. Go near some enemy minions and hold down this newly bound button.
  3. Smart cast (but do not yet activate) your W, and hover over the minions to verify that the visual portion of "Target Champions Only" works as intended.
  4. While holding the button and hovering over an enemy minion, press W. Although it appears that you cannot eat the minion (and you should not be able to), you will indeed eat the minion.

I can describe my typical rune page if the conclusion is some odd interaction with runes. Just ask.

Thanks!

TahmKench

HOLY SHIT SO THIS IS WHY THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME. PLZZZZ FIX RITO!!!

This, combined with W hitting allies when theyre nowhere near your cursor is such a double whammy of garbage funtionallity. Although I was just on the mains reddit page, and apparently the stacks on enemies is just delayed, and the targetting for W is generous to your allies for no reason. Thing is, when I did this in practice tool, there was no delay. Guess Ill have to try the whole waiting thing out. But man, not being able to use target champ only is a huge drag. Try waiting .5s (<---- quoted from a main) before trying to eat the enemy.
