Critical DAMAGE runes not working on New ashe? (NOT CRITICAL /CHANCE/ RUNES)

41% crit rune sheet on. Attacks are still acting like they're only 110%.

I have 106 damage only hitting minions for 120.

Should be hitting for like 150+
