[Client] New champ select doesn't handle masteries properly.

I have had various problems with masteries in the new champ select.

Once I made a new mastery page, but couldn't select it. Once The names of my friend's masteries appeared instead of my own. Most annoying was when It said I had one mastery page selected, but once i got in game it turned out I had a different page selected.

Would appreciate if this could get looked at.
