I just played in a premade of 5 and one of the players got an S-. I have four chests available, and I haven't gotten one on ashe yet. I did get a key fragment, but why did I get no chest?
And I don't really need key fragments, I already have 6 keys to no chest. I thought you got them according to how many chests you recieved.
Who was playing Ashe, you or your premade? When a premade gets an S rank, you earn a chest according to the champion that you were playing, not the one your friend was playing. So, if you weren't the one playing Ashe, that might be why you didn't get a chest.
I see in your match history that it was your friend that played ashe and not you. It will only give chests to the champion you are currently playing.
