[Gameplay] Top Turret 2 did not fire a Volibear while attacking Sona.

In a blind pick game on Summonor's Rift earlier today, Volibear killed an enemy Riven while in range of the turret in question (Bottom most in lane) , and then chased the enemy Sona under same turret and attacked her with auto attacks for nearly 7 seconds w/o the turret firing on him even once; It just continued to kill minions.

This has happened to be with other champions. It's very annoying. I had low hp and he dove in. I did a lot of damage and was waiting for turret to finish it and save me, but it went after minions only.

If the champion being targetted is outside turret range, the turret will not change aggro
