I think talon has a bug where he can jump over a wall every 2 seconds at every rank. This seems to be a broken mechanic as no champion could possibly be that mobile while dealing the amount of damage he does. Please look into this riot this is a game breaking bug and have seen it exploited several times in the past few days.
Read the ability more carefully, he has a wall jump cd and then there are separate cds for each different wall he jumps over.
I read it, he has a 2 second cd if he jumps over a unique piece of terrain. He as the large cd's so he cant jump back over the same piece. Like how does he get to have that jump but flash has a 5 minute cd? Like a flash juke is supposed to mean something, but talon just gets to do it basically for free.
