Fiddlesticks Ability interaction bug

Just in general, fiddlesticks main abilities being q and e are extremely clunky or buggy in this case. I would be in range for both of these abilities and they would not work. This isn't me being trash at the game, its happened for at least 20 games in a row. Its unfun and should be looked into
