Dynamic Queue

It is super annoying when someone is picking a champion and the dynamic queue glitches when the timer gets to zero and just gets stuck there. Then I try to queue up again and it says i have to wait 5 minutes. It is especially annoying when I am in a series. It doesn't happen often, but I don't like it when it does.
