"Game is still in progress..." Glitch

I just saw this, so I figured I should report it. This just happened after my last game. the game ended, and then the client would not move past the "Game is still in progress..." screen. The game already ended, and now it won't let me honor my teammates or enter the post game chat. It is just stuck on this screen. It has been maybe 20 minutes or so, and still has not moved past it. I'm going to just have to close the client, and log in again. I just wanted to let you guys know what happened. I have also attached a picture of the error.
