Pvp.net Patcher Kernal has stopped working
It worked this morning. I updated my computer and then the wifi broke. I reset and then It went back on and now the message pops every time.

so if you cant load league and it gives that message what you need to do is right click the icon for league and then go to run as admin
it has worked nearly everytime i have heard people with this issue
