[CLIENT] In Client store double charging for RP and IP purchases

Purchasing of a Champion or skin (of any kind) can make this happen.

But just recently I purchased and had 6391 IP saved up for him. The "receipt" said I would have 91 IP left over. Upon actual purchase it now says I have -6209 IP. I hope this gets looked into cause it could cause a lot of confusion and frustration.

Edit: Though upon closing and re-logging in to the client, the negative balance does go away.
