Per-Side Camera off-set

I am recently noticing that in game even though I have the Per-Side Camera off-set turned on my screen is centered on my champion instead of being off center which made my laning much easier to keep track of enemy movements. I am unsure if others are noticing this bug either, but it seems like it should be addressed soon.

It stopped working since 6.2 was released out. There are many thread about this and they said they are not going to fix it in this patch.

so we have to wait until at least 6.4 for this to get fixed? that's crap.
