[Client] Infinite Leaver Buster Wait Time

A few months ago (the last time I played) there was a huge thunderstorm that caused me to DC from a match. Today I tried to play again for the first time again with some friends, and I got a leaver buster wait time. It was 10 minutes for 5 games, which my friends and I do not mind. However, when the wait time finished, it started again... and again... and again...
