I am probably playing poorly, however, I would be grateful for feedback regarding the last hitting with the cryocore brand skin. It feels different than the normal brand and I was curious is there is a bug regarding this? Thanks!
Its not a bug trust me. Auto-attack animations may or may not change with each skin (it varies). For example: Nosferatu Vladimir has an easier auto-attack animation than Soulstealer Vladimir.

As Midnight Karma mentioned, some skins do have different auto attacks than the base, especially those which are higher tier. This isn't a bug and is intended behavior.
know the feeling, had some problems with last hitting with final boss veigar at first too, but you need to get used to it
