A way to change your profile background has been added! Introducing the Profile Background Picker - click the gear on the profile page to swap between select backgrounds based on content you own. There is also an option for dynamic backgrounds!
If I click off & Click on Profile, the Cog does appear for a split second. But it doesn't do anything when do anything when & if you click on it. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
Why wouldn't they just say that in the patch notes...?

Hi friends, this feature is being gradually enabled across regions, which is why it’s not available everywhere yet. I don’t have the specific rollout plan to share, but please be patient as the team makes it available. Sorry I don’t have more details, but didn’t want people worried it was bugged and not being addressed.
