A way to change your profile background has been added! Introducing the Profile Background Picker - click the gear on the profile page to swap between select backgrounds based on content you own. There is also an option for dynamic backgrounds!
If I click off & Click on Profile, the Cog does appear for a split second. But it doesn't do anything when do anything when & if you click on it. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

Agent Corgi3 votesNow that you mention it, that's a good point. Usually, they announce that features are being rolled out slowly across regions when they make something new. They didn't do it this time.

Hi friends, this feature is being gradually enabled across regions, which is why it’s not available everywhere yet. I don’t have the specific rollout plan to share, but please be patient as the team makes it available. Sorry I don’t have more details, but didn’t want people worried it was bugged and not being addressed.
