Not getting mastery lvl 6 tokens

This has happened 2x where it tells me I need 2 tokens to get from 5 to 6 mastery. I get an S rating and I get no token. Someone please look into this. It would be great to get those tokens, but as long as I know this issue is fixed I will continue trying to advance those character's mastery. This happened to Wu Kong and Jax.

I did originally report this to support through their system. However, I was not able to see the response even after altogether uninstalling my adblocker. I replied to my own support ticket that I was having issues and that I got rid of adblocker, but my ticket was closed.

I have screen shots showing I got an S and no token if needed.

You can only earn Mastery Tokens through Ranked Solo/Duo, Ranked Flex (SR), Normal Draft, or Blind Pick (SR). So if you earned the S playing any game on Twisted Treeline, ARAM, or ARURF, it will not count towards Mastery Tokens. Besides that I'm not sure what the issue would be.

So it might have been earned in an aram. Altho I'm fairly positive that I've had friends/family that have gotten tokens from arams so this seems pretty garbage. Any game should count toward character mastery. Very bogus system if this is true.
