LOL still down?

I submitted a ticket yesterday, and today about this issue, no response yet but I'm just wondering is the game still not working for some? I uninstalled yesterday when it was having troubles, nw whenever I try to install it tells me "unspecified error occured, please check logs for more information." Sometimes it'll get all the way to 99 and do this. What's going on? ?
