[CLIENT] First win of the Day Falsely Said to be Available

This has been happening for long enough that I decided I should point it out, but for some reason the First win of the Day is said to be available on my summoner page when I know I've already received it. After I play a game I get the regular amount of IP and then the correct time begins to show for when I can actually earn the next first win of the day. I don't know how what causes it but this happens very very often so it should not be hard to recreate.
