[UI] Scoreboard error and healthbars not generating on game start

I had a game as Janna, today, in which the match began and no name-plates or healthbars were visible.

Explanation: The scoreboard was blank except for the top entry for either team. Attempting to drag the champion portrait for either team caused a random champion for their team to take the place of the top spot (as if all the portraits were stacked in the one slot). The champion portraits above the minimap also did not load in except for one (Lissandra, in my case). The healthbar/nameplate was not displaying over any champions.

I had tried to take a screencap with print screen, but that apparently doesn't work in full-screen mode.

I haven't been able to replicate the error; however, a Renekton in a recent game as Mundo had the same issue.

The workaround used was to restart the client. After restart, the issue was no longer present. Changing video settings didn't fix the problem.
