[CRASH] Unable to connect to server.

I've encountered this issue about 5-6 times this week. After champion select, it will randomly decide not to connect to the server. This is what you see:

I've followed everything riot has suggested for crashes of this nature and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I'm currently "In Game" at the moment, and yet I'm here with a crashed screen. I've attempted to reconnect a few times, and it's always the same thing.

Has ANYONE fixed this? If so, can you tell how you did, and if not, can we get this post high enough so that we can get this issue resolved?

I just had the same issue. I got a leave because of it.

I've been looking around the forum and it seems like this is happening a lot. No one has a fix, however.

having the same message, every single game i try and play, very annoying when its a ranked game and i didnt know this issue existed

been looking for a solution for about a week now.. literally happens every single game so I had to stop playing
