Unable to connect to the client after queuing and going into game

Pretty much the only thing I can say is that because of this, my friend got a 10 minute low priority queue penalty and we had to wait a total of 16 minutes to get into a game, only to be denied playing. Additionally, we thought maybe it was just a fluke and tried one more time. Same thing, 14 minutes this time and unable to connect. The server status states everything is fine, but I assure you, when 4 people on your team disconnect and additional 2 on the other team disconnect as well, there's something up. Maybe it could be something to do with an ISP, but I highly doubt that. If we could get some more insight on this issue, that would be fantastic. (I'm a little heated at the moment only because I think I'm going to be getting a penalty because of this, but I'm not really one to complain; I just want everyone to be connected fairly and to be treated as such.)
