Elementalist Lux E Visual Bug

I was just playing a game as Twisted fate and i was clearing the Raptor camp with about 1/5 of my health left when i suddenly drop dead and it says the enemy lux had killed me but i did not see any of her abilities on my screen nor did i see lux when it happened. She was in the fog of war. I pointed it out in all chat and she said she threw her E over the wall but i did not see it or hear it being cast. There was nothing on my screen, i just suddenly died and i didn't know why lol xD
