Jarvan IV E+Q Dash Doesn't Properly Knockup Champions Who Dash

Jarvan IV uses two abilities to dash: E+Q

When you do so, if another champion (Yasuo, Akali, Irelia, Aatrox, Fizz, etc.) dashes through you and passes through where they would have been hit by Jarvan's body they are not knocked up as they should be.

This bug has been very persistent and very annoying. Jarvan is still supposed to hit these champions unless their dashes now make them untargetable like Fizz's Playful Trickster. (Which their dashes for the most part do not. Akali's MIGHT which would be fine on her ultimate)
