Sivir takes damage when she is hit with varus q and she spells sheild
I was playing sivir and several times over 2 games i would spell sheild varus q, get mana, but still take dmg. My friend even witnessed it and it happened more then once.

I heard of this before and asked this question but never got confirmation;
Did the Varus have Blight stacks on you and the Q procced them?
i do not think so but i am not 100 percent positive
Sivir's spell shield blocking physical damage spells in the past was a bug, it was recently fixed, your spell shield will not stop the damage of Varus's Q since it does physical damage.
