Every once and a while when i try to join a game it just says "failed to connect" and then i become afk and get reported and all of that because you won't fix it. at least dont give us a ban just because your client won't work

If its my wi-fi then why did I have access to the internet while the bug was happening? and the game before it and after it worked fine it just happens sometimes every once and a while

It's caused when your connection fails to connect to Riot's servers. It's a connector-side issue, not a server-side issue. Server-side issues would crash the client instantly.

It's an issue with your wi-fi, so I would recommend you check with your provider and see what's the issue.
