This is the second time this happened. I am in promos. I get a free win, I don't play until the next day. I have two promos to win one game. And somehow next day I have a lost. I didn't play a game, so how did I lose? I am tired of this repeatlyhappening for no reason.

DTN literally said nothing wrong, all he did was link you to support if you're having an issue, as Arbiters cannot solve stuff like this. I find it very rude that you're dismissing someone from trying to assist you on THEIR time.

He didn't say you were lying, he said that due to lack of options and information, that you could have possibly dodged/etc due to misunderstanding how promos work, or it was a bug that DTN never heard about and to report it to Support.
