Ping spikes for days

Been getting these ping spikes every minute or so. I'll go 100% packet loss for about 1 second and then everything will catch up and be perfect for a minute. Happens a couple dozen times throughout each game. I don't believe it's my internet as my internet is quite good. I am seeing a lot of posts like this from people on this forum, so I think there's something going on here...
