Showed I received Token for S- game, but did not receive token in Hextech crafting.

So this just happened in a game I just fnished, and this is the situation:

Played game as Diana, was currently Mastery 4 with only a few hundred points short of hitting mastery 5.

Went 14/0/4 and won, received S- (which all teammates laughed at for only getting, ty Rito rating system)

Went from Mastery 4 and hit Mastery 5 at the completion of this game.

Popup notification showed up for receiving a token for getting S- or better on my champion.

Went to Hextech crafting system, no Diana shard :(
